For travelers in the PNW, I can even be your local wingwoman to make sure you’re taken care of during your trip.

For travelers who are ready to take steps toward making their trip a reality, we'll help get the ball rolling with our Virtual Travel Consulting. We have a few options based on how much, or little, work you want to do!
Virtual Travel Consulting
01. Custom Travel Blueprints
You’ll receive a sample travel itinerary with everything you need to get started on booking your trip, including personalized suggestions for transportation, lodging, and local activities. Each blueprint will also include background information on the area you’re visiting with suggestions for ways to support the local community.
(Blueprints start at $200)
02. Hourly Consulting
If you’ve already started planning your trip but need some support in finalizing the details, we offer an hourly consulting service to help you fill in the remaining gaps in your travel planning. That could be finding local restaurants that meet dietary restrictions, locating the perfect Airbnb for your group, or researching family-friendly activities - whatever you need to feel confident and excited about your travels.
(Consulting starts at $120 for a 2-hour package)
If you want someone to actually take items off your to-do list, the Concierge Service was made for you. We can provide comprehensive virtual support for whatever experience you’re dreaming up, as well as in-person services in Washington State. The Concierge Service is completely tailored to each client - here are just a few ideas for how we can elevate your trip:
Travel Concierge Services
- Organizing activities, classes, and tours with local experts so you can better immerse yourself in the region and community you’re visiting
- Booking services to help you relax and unwind during your trip, such as massages, yoga classes, and spa days.
- Arranging transportation to get you from one destination to the next (so all you have to do is just show up!)
- Pre-stocking your WA state accommodations with curated snacks and beverages for you to enjoy throughout your stay, saving you the time and hassle of making trips to the grocery store. (And, as much as possible, we aim to bring you locally-made goods to enhance your PNW experience.)
